Gbeminiyi holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Wales. He became a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2015 and has since built a strong career across both public and private sector businesses. Gbeminiyi brings extensive experience in management accounting and reporting, bookkeeping services, VAT and payroll management, financial planning, tax advisory, and accounts preparation. 

Jide holds a degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Public Financial Management (PFM) from Harvard Business School. He is a member of both the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). With over a decade of experience at KPMG as a Risk Consulting Manager, Jide is a seasoned expert in digital transformation and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). 

Teniola is a lawyer specializing in Commercial Law, with over eight years of professional practice. She earned a first-class degree from the University of Oxford and has built a strong reputation for delivering expert legal solutions across the commercial sector. 

Tanzim is an intern supporting the finance team at the firm. He holds a degree in Accounting and is passionate about building a strong foundation in financial management and accounting practices.

Mimie holds a degree in Economics and plays a key role in collaborating across various departments and business units within the firm. She bridges the gap between finance and operations, delivering financial insights, analysis, and strategic guidance to support informed decision-making.
