Umesh is an accomplished finance professional with over 12 years of hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuations, and risk management, strengthened by his qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (India) and CFA Level 3 candidacy. Throughout his career with leading firms such as PwC, BDO, Meta, and Grant Thornton, he has delivered high-stakes financial solutions for publicly listed and large private clients across sectors, often for complex, high-value projects that have received significant public attention.

Gbeminiyi has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wales. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2015 and has worked in public and private businesses. He has years of substantial experience in management accounts and reports, book-keeping services, VAT, Payroll services, financial planning, Tax, and Accounts preparation. 

Jide holds a degree in Accounting and a Certificate in PFM from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). 

He has worked with KPMG as a Risk Consulting Manager for over 10 years. He is an experienced Digital Transformation and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Teniola is a lawyer  specialising in Commercial Law. She has been practising for over eight years having obtained a first class degree from the University of Oxford.

Tanzim is an intern supporting the finance team at the firm. He has a degree in Accounting. 

Mimie has a degree in Economics. She collaborates with various departments and business units within the Firm. She bridges the gap between finance and operations, providing financial insights, analysis and strategic guidance to support decision-making.
